Hello,
We are open this week for coworking Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with Pendra, Erin, Ev, Fiona and Ellie.
We’ll also be open on Saturday morning, as Hope Not Hate have organised another leaflet drop. More details below.
Easter is fast approaching - and if you’re a freelancer who is unaffected by bank holidays, you may need a reminder: we won’t be open on Friday 3 April (Good Friday) or Monday 6 April (Easter Monday). Hopefully you’ll have a chocolate egg to compensate!

Hope Not Hate weekend - VOTE HOPE
In May 2026, local and national elections will take place across England, Wales and Scotland. With this in mind, on Saturday, there is a leafleting session in Stirchley organised by Hope Not Hate.
‘Leafleting is one of the most effective ways to make elections visible, remind people to vote, and counter one-sided messaging.’
‘Vote HOPE is not affiliated with any political party. We organise to oppose hate and division, and to encourage participation in local democracy.’
You can take part - sign up for https://secure.hopenothate.org.uk/page/187233/data/1
Where/when: Saturday 21 March, 10am, The Old Post Office, Stirchley.
What you’ll be doing: Leafleting nearby streets in pairs or small groups, no experience needed. You may want to bring a wooden spoon to save your fingers, Stirchley local Dave demonstrates in this instagram reel here.

Forij have a programme of workshops in Spring at Nook and Civic Square: ‘Forij’s Analogue Sessions invite you to slow down, gather, and connect - with plants, with craft, with community. Each workshop is a space to touch, make, taste, and learn in rhythm with the season. From plant colour alchemy to Tatreez embroidery, from foraged teas to communal walks, there’s a moment here for curiosity, care, and presence.’ programme details via link.
Brandwood Buzz is a project by Our Scene CIC. They’ve recently got funding for a Gully Gardener. (I’m from Lincolnshire and we call them alleys!) Suze explains that gullies are cut-throughs on estates, helping residents get from A to B quicker. Find out more about the project here - including all about ‘glamming up the gullies’.
