We hope you had a good weekend and are ready for the week ahead! We’ve had a good weekend - yesterday we held a fabric swap in collaboration with Stirchley Sewing School. If you’re interested in sewing/sewcialising, sign up to Stirchley Sewing School’s newsletter, as Charlotte is releasing her next batch of courses soon.
We’re open this week for coworking Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with Pendra, Erin, Ellie, Ev and Fiona.
We hit ‘BUY’ on a new coffee machine yesterday too. So there’s that, to look forward to!

Discounted regular bookings
If you cowork once or twice a week, or would like to get into the habit, maybe you’d be interested in signing up to a monthly subscription?
When you have purchased your subscription, you can book a desk as usual through our bookings page. We’ll email you a unique subscription code to apply at the checkout whenever you want to book a desk. And you can always purchase additional sessions at the usual rate if you hit your monthly limit.
And if after a month, you decide it’s not for you (or, you only needed it for a month anyway) you can always cancel - or upgrade and add extra days!

Festive Garlands Workshop, Thursday 11 December, 7pm-9pm. “Step away from the Christmas rush and enjoy a relaxed evening of creativity, festive treats, and good company. In this cosy workshop, you’ll be guided through making your very own fresh foliage garland.” more info & booking link

Women Against The Far Right are marching on Sunday 23 November at 5pm, meeting at St Martin’s Square, join them, bring a lantern or torch. Details.
Pull together a quiz team and head to Patiala for a fundraising quiz and curry on Monday 24 Nov. This is a regular event in Stirchley, raising funds for People against Poverty. Details.
Concrete Magazine are having a Concrete Party (of course) at Pan Pan in Digbeth on Tuesday 25 November from 6pm. ‘Come along to get involved with the mag, meet our writers, other creatives, and learn more about what we do’ Details.
Stirchley United WMC have a Jazz Jam, 2-4pm on Sunday 30 Nov at Stirchley United Working Mens’ Club - upstairs, everyone welcome. Poster.
Picnic are holding a Christmas meet up for illustrators at The Victoria in town on Wednesday 3 December, 6.30pm onwards. ‘During the evening you can join in with our Illustrator’s Pub Quiz featuring a picture round and illustrator general knowledge questions. We’ll have prizes for the best team’ Tickets.
Stirchley Community Market’s Christmas market is taking place on Saturday 6 December at Stirchley Baths from 10am-3pm. Run by volunteers! Details.
The British Oak are holding a Christmas Dogfest on Sunday 14 December from 1pm. Bring your four-legged friends along for photos, an obstacle course, decorations, market stalls and more. Details.

full day (9am-5pm)
school hours (9am-3pm)
With no ongoing commitment needed (though we’d of course love to have you back).
If you’d like to start something more regular here, you may like to consider a discounted monthly membership such as half a day a week / one day a week.
