You might not be ready for the ‘C’ word, but if you are, you might like to consider coworking space gift vouchers for your loved ones for Christmas.
We can also create a bespoke voucher if the ones on the website aren’t quite what you are looking for - for example, your recipient would ordinarily book ‘school hours’ which are 9am-3pm, or you want to gift 100 days of coworking…

What’s caught our attention:
Watch as coworker Hoon (Toki Dokie Cookies) decorates ghost triplets and a ghostly little dog biscuit using royal icing - on Youtube. Visit Hoon’s website for the goods.
Coworker Ruth (Birmingham Folk) shared a music workshop coming up in Cotteridge at the Quaker Meeting House this Saturday (4 October) 10am-1pm for the Autumn Moon festival - flyer below. All musicians welcome!
Calling music education hubs & services: coworker Kirsty Devaney is conducting research investigating composing and creative music making provision. It is a short 10-15min online survey. Please get in touch with [email protected] for a link to take part.
Picnic by the Association of Illustrators (AOI) are holding a Birmingham meet up on Wednesday (1 October) with a talk by Maz Leyden. Taking place at Pan Pan in Digbeth, Picnic will have a goody bag courtesy of Cass Arts to all attending. Via eventbrite.
The Old Print Works, Balsall Heath, have events as part of Sustainable Fashion Week. The events take place between Friday 3 October - Sunday 5 October and here’s the full programme.
South Birmingham Masjid Community Association (SBMCA), who run Bournville Masjid and Community Centre on Cob Lane, are opening their doors on Sunday 5 October, 11am-3pm, as part of the Visit My Mosque campaign. All welcome.

You can book:
a half day (9am-12.30pm / 1.30pm-5pm)
full day (9am-5pm)
school hours (9am-3pm)
With no ongoing commitment if you just fancy trying it out. If you’d like to start something more regular here, you may like to consider a discounted monthly membership.
