Here’s your Sunday read from The Old Post Office (TOPO).
This is the coworking space’s one-hundredth newsletter - what an achievement!
I don’t have anything particularly profound to say about it being the 100th newsletter, mainly thanks for being here nearly five years on.
The first newsletter by Heidi and I was called #001 Special Delivery. It doesn’t appear to have migrated over from Mailchimp to Substack (oops - I’ll look into where that got to) but here’s newsletter #009 to give you an idea of the circumstances of the coworking space in the first year of business! If you read the 9th issue, you’ll see we were tentatively thinking about re-opening in January 2021 - and I re-opened the coworking space in May 2022 myself as TOPO 2.0.
What is happening now is the emergence of TOPO 3.0. More on that to come!
Coworking continues as usual Monday to Friday - and our regular accountability sessions are Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday evening and Friday morning.

This does mean there’s no evening coworking session on Weds 21 Aug - take a night off and take part in the workshop instead.
Music to work to
This week’s Music to work to playlist is by Charlotte Stacey, who runs Stirchley Sewing School which takes place several evenings and weekends at the coworking space.
Registered address service
Set up The Old Post Office in Stirchley as your registered address for a small annual fee, and support a small business by doing so. This means you don’t need to have your home address or private information listed on your company registration information.

In lovely hyperlocal to the coworking space news: We have love in the air, keyholder Fiona got engaged last week, and keyholder/emerging co-op member Alice and her partner had a LOVE DAY (non-wedding celebration) *yesterday*. I’m off to celebrate at their swimming after-party in around an hour. Byeee!
