Music to work to #29 is by Editor Fiona Cullinan. TOPO FIO!Fiona's playlist is based on Muzak, an American brand of background music played in retail stores and other public buildings (I googled it).Muzak experimented with tempo and worked out that a slowly increasing tempo that peaked around 15 mins, then dropped back down, was optimum for productive working. So give it a go - there are two rounds here. These tracks are mostly from Fiona's starred songs list on spotify, but she tells me she added in the Players song after hearing it on the radio. "That is about as modern as it gets for me!".Fiona has been in the coworking space recently while drilling took place at home. She introduced me to the 20x20x20 method. For every 20 minutes a person looks at a screen, they should look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. I will try and remember to do it next week! Here's the link to Fiona's playlist. Thank you!
Ps. Here's the link to book in your desk for the week.
