This isn't about cardio, it's about getting some fresh air, daylight, and gentle movement." The walk now factors in a first stop at Ten Four Bakehouse for those who wish to partake! You can sign up using this link.Stirchley Sound BathMonday 13 February, 7-8pm, book through this linkReconnect with yourself through the power of sound at Laura's monthly sound baths. "Join me for a deeply nourishing sound journey where the healing sounds of Koshi chimes and crystal singing bowls will help you to quiet your mind and nourish your soul." SORRY WE MISSED YOU (15) a screening by Stirchley Open CinemaFriday 17 February, 7-10.30pm

Fundraising screening for B30 FoodbankSORRY WE MISSED YOU (2019) is a British drama in which a married couple struggle to meet the unfair demands of their zero hour contract jobs. This film is incredibly relevant to our current cost of living crisis, and as always, director Ken Loach packs an unflinching punch - it's a must see. There is an option to donate to our local foodbank charity through the ticket purchase and on the day of the event - Tickets via this link

5 good things:

"Growing up is a long process of moving away from our first great love – our parents. For 27 years, Deanna Dikeman photographed her mother and father as they parted. The series features in LOVE STORY, a new anthology published by Hoxton Mini Press." Words by Rachel Segal Hamilton. Image © Deanna Dikeman"

A few weeks ago there was someone typing so fast in the coworking space, that I considered if they were actually typing words at all. Maybe they were playing this type test game? Anyway - it was introduced to me by sound artist / musician Olly Romoff (who created a playlist for the coworking space the other week). Can you beat my top score of 102? Enjoy. https://monkeytype.com/

Ps. Here's the link to book in your desk for later in the week
