Hello bab,I haven't sent a newsletter in a few weeks - I've had a lot on. I *love* writing this newsletter and have missed putting together my list of 5 good things for you, so scroll on...Laura Babb (The Clear Space/Babb Shoots It) continues to run her free weekly wellbeing walk on a Friday (details below) - with occasional support from Jane, there's a very good turnout and I think this could be in part to the walks now starting from Ten Four Bakehouse! I am very much not a morning person, but I will never say no to a pain au chocolat. Laura is also holding a Sound Bath in the coworking space and I am looking forward to the space being transformed for that (again details below). I would like to say a huge thanks to Bryn and Mark (Coda Workshop), Max, Cat, Laura and Jo for their help with sharing cover for the coworking space. I've had a few days at home recently owing to childcare falling through, plus my brother moving to Birmingham (yippee) and I've been feeling a bit burnt out again, so I've been pulled to being home a lot more. Back in now - and I've even learned how to descale the coffee machine. See you next time!— Kerry
Full house on Friday 13! Thanks Louise for the photo :)

Fundraising screening for B30 FoodbankSORRY WE MISSED YOU is a British drama in which a married couple struggle to meet the unfair demands of their zero hour contract jobs. This film is incredibly relevant to our current cost of living crisis, and as always, director Ken Loach packs an unflinching punch - it's a must see and we hope you can also help our fundraising for the local foodbank charity. Tickets via this link. (see donation option on the booking page)

Music to work to #1 - Julia GilbertWe're on to playlist 27 really - but I thought it would be nice to revisit the very first playlist created by Julia.I've loved listening to the playlists over the last six months or so. Thanks Julia for the idea, and to all 25 of you who have contributed (I've made two!) You can listen to all the playlists via my spotify profile. "I work as a technical writer, so I daren't listen to music with prominent vocals in case I end up typing lyrics into my instruction guides! "Click Save all your kisses for me, save all your kisses for me..." Awks.I usually go for instrumental tracks or those with minimal or ethereal vocals. Chilled electronica is my go-to, also soundtracks, post-rock, even some slow doomy jazz/chamber music. If I'm having a mid-afternoon slump, I love a bit of liquid drum and bass. It somehow wakes up my brain without being too distracting.I have a mahoosive playlist that I normally listen to on shuffle, but I've been unusually disciplined and hand-picked an eclectic selection of my favourites for this playlist. I hope you enjoy it!"Here's Julia's playlist - the very first Music to work toWould you like to contribute? Let me know! All you need to do is put 10 tracks into a Spotify playlist and write a little bit about yourself for the newsletter.
Ps. Here's the link to book in your desk for later in the week
