Hello there,This week's newsletter contains:

  • Info about MY NEW LEASE

  • An updated TOPO events calendar

  • A poster for Stirchley Community Market

  • and a festive playlist by Rachel

A new lease of life I took last week off because I'm burnt out. I didn't say that in my last email, but I couldn't face making decisions and asking for help with coworking space cover and key juggling. I feel a bit better for it - and making plans. I think it's important to share - as social media can often be quite rosy. I'm normally good at recognising when I'm overloaded, but this, work, volunteering, chronic pain, life, grief, crept up on me. Plus I forget that I'm trying to function as 'normal' while having a toddler still wake me up 2-4 times a night.A new lease for the coworking space What I did do last week was sign a new lease for the coworking space! Exciting and big news. I enjoyed toasting to this with the coworkers who came along to the curry on Tuesday. Thanks for your support in getting me/the coworking space to this point. Long may it continue - or for at least three years, as that's how long the new lease is for! Opening hours for December

Christmas music to work to #21 - playlist by Rachel Botham"Hi, I'm Rachel - cats, crafts and Christmas enthusiast! I'm hoping this playlist will help you get into the festive feels now we're hitting December - just ten of my favourite songs for this time of year which obviously had to include the Elf soundtrack which brings me a lot of joy."My actual job is working in Fundraising for Crisis who are the national homelessness charity. I've spent most of the last two years managing parts of their massive Christmas appeal so thinking about the festivities all year round. "Hoping to meet some fellow festive fans at our Christmas craft event next week!"Thank you Rachel - Here's a link to the playlist - Christmas music to work to #21

PS. Thank you to Cass for this surprise painting of The Old Post Office. With the little special details including my bike in the window and the splashes of yellow with Sarah's macramé hangers <3.
